About the Commercial Lawyer role:

This role will provide you with the opportunity to continue with your professional development within a large Commercial team, getting involved with interesting projects, procurements and contributing to the development of leading practices.

This role will bring challenge, team working opportunities and will be very highly rewarding.

The successful Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Working with senior management, supporting with implementation and delivery of projects and various schemes
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Advising on all aspects of public procurement, including police procurements.
  • Dealing with funding and grant agreements
  • Providing advice to a range of stakeholders.

Experience required for the Commercial Lawyer role;

We are keen to hear from candidates that have a good understanding of commercial and public procurement within the public sector. Candidates from either a private practice or public sector background will be considered.
