A Top 250 ranked, multi service firm based in Surrey has a recent opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their leading team.
As an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor joining this team, you will be working on a variety of dispute matters for both individuals and Corporate clients of various sizes, across a wide range of sectors.
The majority of Corporate client work will consist of, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Company Recovery & Insolvency
- Data Protection Breach
- Debt Recovery
- Director Disputes
- Intellectual Property Disputes
- Shareholder Disputes
- Contract Disputes
- Company Restoration advice etc.
You will be joining a highly driven and successful team, with ample opportunity for progression.
