Permanent Opportunity
In-house Legal Counsel is required to join a global talent solutions company on a permanent basis.
What the In-house Legal Counsel will be doing;
- You will be joining an existing legal team and be part of a newly created role to support a large renewed contract which has expanded its services and continues to grow as they offer different talent solutions across its clients
- You will be drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts to include customer contracts, supplier contracts which include additional bespoke terms from either the supplier or customer requests alongside contract disputes
- Issuing contract variations and advising the team on statement of works contracts
- Undertaking and developing legal training to upskill the sales teams as required
As the Inhouse Legal Counsel you will have;
- Legal Qualification in the UK and have experience within a commercial setting
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team to support different stakeholders both internally and externally
- In-house or Private Practice experience ideally (those with professional services or outsourcing background is desirable)
